We pride ourselves on having one of the best qualified and experienced staff teams around, who work together to ensure your child has the best possible start to their early years education. 

One of our strengths is our extremely low staff turnover, with a large part of our team having been with us over 15 years (some over 25yrs). Each member of our staff are First Aid trained and are trained in Safeguarding and various other relevant training.

All our staff are at least level 3 qualified, with many undertaking further qualifications such as Early Years Degree and  Early Years Initial Teacher Training.

We aim to keep our knowledge consistently up to date to on the early years and child development to provide the best care possible.
